I know…

You didn’t wake up yesterday and decide to start a membership.

You’ve been in the arena, doing the work for years.

You’ve launched, iterated, tested and tweaked your way to a level of success that others envy (and sometimes imitate).

Your paid community is not merely a piece of you, but the best of you. Frankly, it’s a steal.

But —

  • Is your message keeping up with your vision? Better yet, is it helping you pave the way to where you’re headed next?

  • Does it reflect the breadth of your expertise and the depth of the experience you offer?

  • Is your launch content and strategy every bit as impactful as what people get after they buy?

If you don’t love your answers, here’s how I can help:

Bespoke Launch Copywriting & Creative Direction

I write your membership launch copy from start to finish, wrapped up in a striking creative concept that demands attention.

I dive deep into audience and market research to uncover insights that will surprise and inspire you. We’ll map out exactly what you’ll say at each stage of your launch, and then I execute it all for you. (It’s as amazing as it sounds.)

What you need to know:

  • Copy deliverables: at minimum, we’ll work together on the 3 essential assets you’ll need for your launch: a killer sales page, a stellar email sequence, and Facebook ad copywriting to get eyes on your offer.

  • Your project can also be customized to include extra add-ons for an additional fee, such as webinar & video scripting, opt-in pages, text messaging, segmentation and more.

  • Typical investment to work with me at this level is $25K USD. Packages are fully customized to your needs.

  • Best for entrepreneurs with an engaged audience and a proven offer that they’re ready to scale to multiple 6 & 7 figures and beyond.

“Natalie is always collaborative, leading-edge and on target. We have a unique audience and a niche product, and I was blown away by her ability to distill information from me and my customers to create copy that is truly perfect. She is a consummate professional who delivers an outstanding experience.

Just hire her. You won’t be sorry and in fact, she will exceed your expectations.”

My process at a glance:

the missing ink immersion.png

1.Immersion

I find the invisible thread that connects your big ideas, your offer, and what your audience needs to hear.

I blend intuition (which is really just code for being a great listener) with data from your past launches, surveys and customer insights to create a launch plan that feels fresh, sharp and true to you.

You’ll feel: seen. And shocked by how well I know you by the end of this process (and equally excited by the ideas we uncover).

2.Imagination

With the structure and timeline of the launch confirmed, we’ll map out a new creative direction that breathes life into your ideas.

The death of a launch is when a potential customer sees your offer and thinks “I’ve seen something like this already” — and it’s my mission to help you present your ideas in a way that your audience has never seen before.

You’ll feel: inspired. This is bigger than marketing. This is about clarifying and boldly owning how you want to show up in the world.

3.Execution

This is the part where I bring it all to life. At the concierge level, I write all of your copy for you, beautifully organized and ready for handover to your team for set-up, testing and design.

If you’ve ever received copy and had to spend hours giving feedback or editing it yourself, rest assured that by the time you see what I’ve written, it’ll be ready for center stage with minimal edits. (It’s kind of my thing.)

You’ll feel: relieved. Never wondering if your message is “good enough” is an incredible feeling. It frees you up to focus on spreading the word, leading your team, and doing what you do best.

4.Iteration

After you launch, I monitor your results closely. Some clients choose to book my time for the week of their launch so I can be there to provide in-the-moment feedback when the stakes are high.

Either way, we’ll reconvene after your launch to celebrate, review what worked, and craft a plan for how to do even better next time.

You’ll feel: focused. Your numbers will make sense and you’ll have a clear plan for how to double-down on what’s working, and dial in what isn’t.

“I don’t think anybody (not my husband, my business coach, my VA) has worked as hard as Natalie to understand the intricacies of my business, and it shows. She will think through every obstacle to someone buying from you, and counter it with a persuasive argument.

Natalie helps me articulate things about my work that I never would have had the guts to say about myself. I love the way she sees the vision. I felt like I won the lottery by hiring her.

 Frequently Asked Questions

What happens next?

If you’d like to chat about working with me, click the buttons above to be whisked away to a quick inquiry form. I'll review the info you've sent me and will get back to you within 2 business days.

If it seems like I could be a good fit for your project, I'll reach out to arrange a free 40-minute call with you (and if not, I'll point you in the right direction).

During our meeting, we'll talk about your project and exactly what kind of support you need. If it feels right, we'll arrange a deposit and secure your space in my calendar.

What timeline can I expect?

Our work together is custom, and typically spans across 2-3 months from our start date. You’ll also need a couple of weeks after your copy is complete to get it designed, set up and tested.

As a rule of thumb, you’ll need to reach out to me at least 4 months prior to your planned launch date to secure me in time for your project. If you’re planning a launch any time in the next 12 months, the time to reach out is now.

What about design and other things I need for my launch?

I specialize in crafting high converting-launch copy, which means I don't design graphics, build pages for you, or run Facebook ads.

If you’re working with a designer or Facebook ad consultant, I will also work closely with them to make sure that nothing gets lost in communication. I'm here to make your launch experience as smooth and streamlined as possible.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We'll discuss the specifics during our 40-minute call.

How do I know if I'm ready for this?

My done-for-you copywriting services are best suited to entrepreneurs who have an engaged audience and a paid online membership that is already selling well.

Most people who book me at this level are already enjoying 6-figure launches (or close to) and want to take their revenue to the next level, while freeing up time so they can take center stage.

Either way, just reach out to start the conversation. If we're not a fit, I'll be the first to let you know and can suggest alternatives that make sense for where you're at now.

"After working with Natalie, I really feel like I can own what I do, and I have the language to back it up.

She doesn’t just see the copy, but the full context in which I’m working, which has really helped me round out how I deliver my offers and align that with the way I speak about them."
