THE GAMEPLAN
Grow your membership into the only offer you need in your business and hit your next level of “hell yes!” monthly recurring revenue
(Without — launching, recovering & repeating — until you die)
YOU AND ME. 90 DAYS.
Let’s design and execute a creative growth gameplan for your membership, so you can →
Fall in love with selling it again
Attract long-term members who do the work and get results
Confidently hit your next recurring revenue milestone (then the next one, and the next one)
Jamar hit back-to-back sales goals – no winging it required
THE STORY:
Jamar was freestyling his way to sales with in-the-moment social posts, emails and price increases. He wasn’t sure how to approach his goals with more intention (or how to set a goal he could reach).
With less than a week of work and a handful of emails, Jamar ran his first “Activator” campaign and created his best sales result ever.
Plus: his highest revenue month ever (and his most profitable) and the first time his membership made up over 80% of his business revenue.
Since then, Jamar has kept stacking the strategies we developed inside the Gameplan. He hit his “good” 12-month sales goal with over 6 months left in the year.
You’re all in & making moves to grow your membership into a $20k+ per month flagship offer
But “growing” your membership is a different game than “selling” it.
You’ve got your membership to this point mostly through sheer determination and hard work, and while you’ve stacked a few wins already…
What you want is a membership that makes your business feel simpler and keeps your revenue steady:
✅ The membership is making at least $30k annually on its own — but it needs to earn more to make sense for the business you’re building
✅ You’re becoming known for your membership and you’re making over $100k in your business — but it’s split across multiple offers that each require different marketing strategies and deliverables
✅ Your retention is solid and members are obsessed with the value you provide — but it’s not growing as fast as it could be and you’ve never really had a plan beyond “when’s our next promo?”
You know a lot about business, but you have questions about the best way to grow your membership past the ceiling you keep bumping up against.
You didn’t sign up to the roll the dice when you started your membership.
With me in your corner and a Gameplan to guide you, you won’t have to.
GO ON. PLAY FAVORITES:
What if your membership alone could predictably and reliably create the monthly income goal you set in January?
Even if it’s not the only offer you plan to sell, your membership has the potential to be your revenue engine and the main source of income in your business.
If you could make your membership work harder for you, without creating extra work for yourself in the process…
And: in a way that feels like the most fun you’ve ever had in your business →
✅ You could reduce or retire the offers you no longer love delivering because you’re not relying on them to “make up the difference”
✅ You could stop splitting your attention and pour your creativity into growing and delivering your membership: because it represents the direction you want to take your business in, and the work you really want to be doing
✅ You could create so much more spaciousness in your calendar to work on projects that feel like play… instead of back-to-back launches that feel like pressure
You’ve proven that you can sell this offer. That’s a skill you’ve learned, even though it still kicks your a$$ every now and then.
Let’s work together so you can master the skill of growth — and blow the lid on your recurring revenue right off:
Naomi finally cracked the milestone of 300 paying members and doubled the results of her launch
THE STORY:
Naomi was growing her membership one sales event at a time. She was often winging her promotions and left feeling tired after each one.
We worked together to create multiple sales avenues for her membership, including seasonal promotions and simple email-only campaigns that doubled her previous sales results.
We also developed a back-door strategy to grow her membership whenever she was promoting a related offer in her business, which is now an ongoing strategy she can deploy to smooth out her recurring revenue in between her dedicated membership promotions.
For the first time ever, Naomi grew past 300 active members and now has a balanced plan to grow her membership throughout the year that complements how she sells her other offers.
You’re not growing “just another membership”. This is your flagship – and we’re going to move accordingly.
Sure: you could do what everyone else is doing to get short-term sales and “here one month, gone the next” members who barely log in before they cancel…
But you’re growing a membership with staying power. The kind that can sustain $20k per month or more.
Your path to getting there — and our work together — looks like this:
-
The kind that give you a market advantage — so you can move strategically, and manage your capacity to play full out without burning yourself out.
It looks like:
2-HOUR GAMEPLAN INTENSIVE
We start with a collaborative call to sort through what’s worked so far, what feels harder than it should, and where your real opportunities for growth are in the year ahead.
By the end, we’ll know the shape of your growth strategy and you’ll have a clear membership growth goal that will be the guide for our work together.
MEMBERSHIP GROWTH CANVAS
AKA → the visual roadmap to growth that you’ll constantly refer back to whenever you forget the plan or get distracted.
After we meet, I polish our decisions into a totally custom map of the specific sales activities, audience growth activities, and behind-the-scenes asset building you’ll be working on to bring your membership growth goal to life.
This is your flexible structure for the next 12 months that prevents you from over-planning/over-committing like you might have in the past… (or, winging it all together).
-
We’ll decide the key assets you need to create, edit or refine — and in what order — to make sure you have a complete membership growth system that supports you all year round.
It looks like:
YOUR SIGNATURE ASSET STACK
I’ll help you create a core library of sales assets with messaging that lands — and mix-and-match campaigns that you can repeat across the year.
It’s how you’ll do less and do it better, by focusing on the essentials you need to grow (and making them work harder for you).
Plus: this brings variety to how you sell without the need to reinvent the wheel for every promo.
-
Because sometimes you just need to know what your next move is – so your hard work adds up to something (while your revenue compounds, too).
It looks like:
YOUR 3x30 ACTION PLAN
The final piece of your growth strategy is a 90-day, month by month breakdown of the specific activities you’ll focus on — i.e. tasks on your calendar and items on your to-do list — to grow your membership, both during and in between promotions.
We’ll return to this plan frequently during our work to check-in and adjust as we go.
You’ll never start a month or a week wondering what you should be doing to grow your membership revenue. It’s all in the plan.
Then → here’s how we’ll work your Gameplan together for the next 90 days:
-
We meet once per month to review your growth plan and workshop your next moves.
Depending on where our focus is, we might use this time to…
Ideate new angles and messaging for a promotion or key sales asset that will help you sell your membership
Dig deeper into your metrics and pinpoint a core area of focus that needs your attention
Sort through all the ideas you have for what you could try, and triage them to keep you focused on the right thing
Chat through what feels hard, and adjust the plan accordingly to make sure you’re supported
These calls go wherever we need them to, but ultimately I’m here to bring you back to the plan when you get off track and adjust as needed, so you can keep moving in the right direction.
-
At the end of each month, you’ll complete a 20-minute membership growth check to reflect on your numbers and how your growth is tracking.
I personally review your monthly check-ins and use them to inform your ongoing actions, update your growth plans, and identify any adjustments we need to make along the way.
-
I’m available 3 days per week, 3 weeks per month for voice notes, back-and-forth brainstorming and quick questions.
This support is priceless if you’re working on a promotion, running a launch or something comes up while you’re working the plan and you need a sounding board (or some moral support) to keep you going.
Don’t ask the group chat or make decisions by committee. Chat to me when you’re unsure because I know you, I know your plan, and I’ll help you stay the course when comparison or second-guessing sets in.
-
I bring my extensive experience as a sales copywriter and messaging strategist to everything we do, so you can execute at a high-level instead of just ticking off tasks.
Each month, you can submit up to 3 sales assets to me for review and I’ll give feedback on how you optimize it for more sales and stronger positioning.
I’m here to give you feedback on anything we work on as part of your plan, like sales page updates, sales emails, the structure of a sales event like a webinar or challenge, or even a freebie that leads into your membership.
We’ll polish your assets up together so it shows you in the best possible light and helps you sell.
Having me in your corner means your growth plan won’t just be a nice idea you abandon 2 weeks later when life gets busy.
I’ll help you stay the course and adjust when you need to: so you can keep working the plan, and so the plan keeps working for you.
Michelle quit quarterly launches and stopped reinventing every time she sells
Michelle was launching her membership quarterly with varying results and a consistently big workload. It felt like the next launch always crept up on her and she was left flying by the seat of her pants.
We mapped out her next 12 months of sales activities which gave Michelle the ability to plan in advance, warm people up more effectively, and stop creating new assets every time. Now, she’s growing her membership without the big lift of a traditional launch every 90 days.
Then, we gave her existing campaigns a sharper angle and strategically created a couple of new ones that she can easily re-use. Michelle is attracting more people than ever to her launch events — this time, with a plan that gives her peace of mind.
Stop wondering where your next members are coming from. Let’s make this your new normal:
You’ll stack predictable, reliable recurring revenue
Steady recurring revenue that increases on-cue: because you’ll know your numbers, track your churn, and plan every sales push with a clear enrollment target instead of crossing your fingers. Imagine checking Stripe midweek and realizing you’re not just on-track… you’re ahead of the game.
You’ll have a simple, repeatable growth plan that works
A 12-month Growth Canvas and 3×30 focus plan that show you exactly what to stop, start, and refine — so you wake up relaxed, knowing exactly what moves the needle this week, instead of guessing or chasing shiny objects that take your eyes off the prize.
You’ll stop being bored by your own marketing
With Activator campaigns that feel wicked fun to lead and instantly fill your inbox with new member notifications. You’ll re-use and remix your best assets in smarter ways, so your marketing finally compounds instead of resetting with every push.
You’ll operate with CEO-level clarity and control
Cleaner calendar, fewer moving parts, sharper decisions? Yes please. You’ll stop acting like a community manager and start steering your company, with a plan that keeps your focus on the work that actually grows the membership. You improve with every move — and every move strengthens your position as the premier membership in your space.
You’ll elevate your membership into your flagship offer
A central, scalable revenue engine that consistently attracts new members, retains the right ones, and sets the standard for results in your industry. You’ll feel safe saying no to projects you used to take out of obligation, because the membership is carrying its weight at last.
The days of using all of your creative energy to overdeliver to members or re-doing each promotion from scratch are over:
I’m Natalie Taylor, and memberships are my playground.
I’ve spent nearly a decade behind the scenes of some of the most profitable and respected memberships in the online business world → the kind that generate 7 and 8 figures a year.
I’ve helped my clients double their member count, add $25K+ in new monthly recurring revenue and hit 96%+ retention rates — while cutting their workload in half and making their memberships feel exciting again.
Before I walked away from a booked out launch copywriting business to focus exclusively on membership consulting, I was the secret weapon who helped grow them behind the scenes.
I worked for years with a boutique client roster of membership heavyweights who trusted me to ideate and write the sales copy for their promotions not just once, but for years on end:
When Nicholas Wilton, Founder of Art2Life, hired me to write the sales copy for his new membership to his audience of artists, he enrolled over 700 members and created $30K+ in monthly recurring revenue.
Tonya Leigh worked with me to ideate her signature membership promotion for The School of Self-Image. Years later, it remains a core sales asset that attracts thousands of new members with her unmistakable style.
When I wrote a new sales page for Patty Palmer, her membership for elementary school teachers (The Sparklers Club) had its best enrollment ever: 2300 new paid members, almost double her previous best.
Sally Haughey kept me in her back pocket for years to help refine and grow her membership for early childhood educators to 2000 members and beyond, while her retention stayed strong year on year.
My diverse and in-depth experience with memberships means I have the skillset to help you plan the right moves *and* execute them at a level that improves your results.
(I’ll also be the one who spots the gaps in your approach that are making things feel so much harder than they need to.)
After all: making your membership your key revenue generator requires a different approach than just “something you sell on the side”.
I take your membership as seriously as you do — and our work is designed to help you move like a membership-driven business owner who sets goals, goes after them and wins.
If you want to grow a world-class membership, don’t settle for second-rate sales tactics
You’re here because you’ve either outgrown your old growth strategy, or realizing that you never truly had one.
Until now.
Working with me privately in the Gameplan gives you:
✅ DECISIONS MADE: Know exactly what you’re doing and when to grow your membership, so you can plan in advance and stop winging it.
✅ BIGGER SWINGS: Stop settling for subpar revenue when you know you have a damn good membership. Let’s sell it like you mean it (without the gross stuff).
✅ A NEW STANDARD: Execute at a level that leaves no doubt: you are leading and growing the membership that everyone else in your industry will look up to.
When we work together inside the Gameplan, growing your membership revenue gets to feel fun, energizing and like you’re doing the work you *actually* came here to do.
Let’s turn your membership into your flagship offer — so you can reap the rewards of having a membership so successful that everything else is optional:
YOUR INVESTMENT
3 monthly payments of $1350
or $4000 paid in full
Prices in USD
When you join the Gameplan, you’re working with me: privately, and directly.
My capacity for Gameplan clients is limited and spaces are often filled in advance by clients who renew for another round.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You’ll be prompted to answer a few short questions so you can book a time in my calendar to chat with me about whether this is right for you.

Don’t play the waiting game. Here’s your first win, in our first 30 days:
Most membership owners rely on big launches over and over (but making it “new” every time) or saying the same things about their membership non-stop (boring).
This cycle of reinvention and repetition is exhausting, and it undermines your membership’s staying power.
Instead, let’s refine what’s already working for you — and build a full growth strategy on top.
It looks like this:
YOUR MEMBERSHIP GROWTH SYSTEM
ACTIVATORS: Low-key campaigns you can deploy for new members in less than a week to smooth out your recurring revenue.
ACCELERATORS: The bigger (less frequent) promotions that build your street cred and your next revenue jump.
ACCESSORIES: The always-on assets that work steadily in the background to sell for you, and warm up your next sale.
Together, these three elements create a rhythm that keeps new members coming in all year round.
This is how you:
Stop yo-yoing back to baseline after every big launch
Add new members between promotions instead of only during “big pushes”
Turn your best-performing campaigns into assets you can roll out again and again with better results each time
For most of my clients, finding (or creating) space in your calendar for a simple Activator event is where we get their first win. Most people are surprised that bringing new members in can really be that simple and fun!
From there, our work in the Gameplan is about making you strong across all 3 of these areas, so you finally have a complete growth system you can count on.
Questions you might have about working together…
-
The best part is that we get to decide that together. Some of my clients have the energy + ability to go all-in, which means we can execute multiple growth moves together and build some of your most important assets behind the scenes.
Other clients have come to me in lower-capacity seasons where we need to move slower and focus on foundation so they can dial it up when they feel ready.
When we meet for our 45-minute fit-check, I’ll have a good sense of what I’d suggest first for you and we can set some initial priorities together.
-
Nope! We’ll work with what you’ve got.
If you have something on the calendar already, I’ll help you nail it. If you don’t, I’ll help you build your Gameplan from scratch.
(You might also find that you get to take some things off your calendar that you were secretly dreading anyway.)
-
We’ll celebrate all the progress you’ve made, new members you’ve enrolled, and your new monthly recurring revenue. At this point, you’ll either feel confident enough to keep working the plan on your own, which is awesome!
Or — we can talk about continuing our work together so you can keep on growing with me in your corner. The majority of Gameplan clients choose to renew for another round (at a special rate reserved only for returning clients).
It’s completely up to you, but if we’re on a roll, I’d love to keep supporting you.
-
Your plan is designed to change.
Being in motion means you will get new data and new insights and I’m here to help you weave that into your plan so you can stay responsive.
The alternative is that we make a plan that doesn’t survive contact with reality, and it becomes another list of goals and dreams that got lost 3 folders deep in your Google drive (R.I.P.)
My clients tell me all the time that the planning we do is what gives them the sense of calm and relief they’ve been craving.
It’s how you’ll manage your time and your resources better than ever before, which is non-negotiable if you want to lead a world-class membership.
The real issue here is how we keep the plan flexible and adaptable to you, which is exactly what the Gameplan will help you do.
-
I’m going to go ahead and assume busy is your default. So: let’s design your plan around how busy you are, and make sure the distractions and non-essentials don’t end up on your plate this time.
I’m also going to assume that part of the reason you feel so busy is because you’re doing too much or doing it alone. We’ll restore the balance together — so you’re doing the right things and seeing more success from the moves you do make.
I’ll help you manage your time and your to-dos like a membership driven business owner, instead of a community manager who is always reacting to what’s in front of them.
-
Not at all, and my clients are a mix of both.
There are some nuances involved, but in general:
I find that clients who have “open/closed” memberships benefit greatly from working with me on Activators and Accessories to support their bigger launches
Meanwhile, “evergreen” or “always open” memberships need more focus on creating dedicated pushes that create the sales injections they’ve been missing.
The Gameplan gives you the best of both.
-
The goals we set will come from a blend of my experience — I’ll help you know what to expect based on my deep history of helping memberships grow — and your own numbers.
If you don’t have a data baseline, I’ll help you build that first without getting lost in complicated spreadsheets. We’ll also get better at predicting your results with each move we make.
I like to help my clients set goals that stretch them, but I won’t ask you to set an unrealistic goal that only leads to disappointment.
My approach is about breaking your “pie in the sky” goals into bite-sized moves that can be put on your calendar.
-
It’s important that:
Your membership is at least 6 months old
Has a solid landing page (i.e. sales page) in place
You’ve got at least one go-to strategy for enrolling new members that you can (mostly) depend on.
You also need to be solid in your membership offer itself and not overly stressed by how you deliver it.
It doesn’t need to be perfect, but if you have never had success with selling your membership and you secretly feel burned out by it, reach out to me because I’d likely suggest something else for you instead.
In essence: the Gameplan is for people who know they have a great membership, feel confident in the fundamentals of their offer and aren’t brand new to selling it.
If you’re still not sure if this is right for you — whether you’re not ready, or perhaps further along and need something else — reach out to me and let’s talk.
-
Yes, absolutely. The vast majority of my clients sell other offers in addition to their membership.
The difference is that your other offers should support your membership (and vice versa) instead of competing with it or confusing your audience.
If you’re worried that your membership isn’t filling a distinct enough role in your business, reach out to me and we can talk about that.
It’s normal and expected to sell more than one offer in your business. What matters is that you’re not doing too much, or expecting your membership to give you big results without giving it the time, effort and attention it needs to grow.
My work is for people who want to center their membership in their business, regardless of what else they sell.
I’ll help you balance selling your membership with your other offers — and make better decisions about what you sell, when and how.
Do you have a question that isn’t answered here?
Email me: natalie@themissingink.co or send me a voice note on Instagram.
Questions you’ll stop asking when we work together:
How can I make THIS year the year where my membership really grows?
What should I be focused on when I’m not launching?
Do we need to launch this quarter?
How can I make launching more successful, and less stressful?
Should I create a low-cost offer to draw people in?
Should I host a workshop to help sell the membership - and what’s the right topic?
Should we invest in ads?
Is our sales page *actually* good enough?
Is the churn OK?
Is my sales goal even realistic…
And WTF should I be doing to make it happen?
You’re always making decisions, and that’s part of the problem. Having me to help you grow your membership means you won’t be deciding alone anymore, and you’ll stop second-guessing the decisions you make.
Maggie grew her membership during a busy season of business (including the release of her first book!)
Maggie had been successfully promoting her Staying Solo Squad membership for over a year before she came to me. She was going into a busy season with a book launch, promoting 2 masterminds, launching a new service and hosting 2 podcasts — and she didn’t want her membership growth to get sidelined.
Since we began working together, Maggie has been able to enroll new members on a regular basis without the workload of a traditional launch, in a particularly busy season of business & life.
She says the Growth Canvas was a game-changer that kept her on track with a doable action plan that showed her exactly what to do during and between promotions to keep her membership growth steady across the year.
This is how you build a membership you’re obsessed with selling and delivering, that sets the standard in your industry, stacks your recurring revenue and → makes every other offer in your business a “fun-to-have” rather than a “need-to-sell”.
You’re standing at the line between what’s worked until now… and what will scale next
But the tactics that built your membership won’t be the same ones that grow it.
And you secretly hate doing the things that everyone else is doing. You want to grow, but it needs to be your way.
Oh: and you want to have some damn fun while you’re at it!
You’re no stranger to getting in the arena and making big swings. Your tenacity (some may call it sheer stubbornness) is what has brought you this far in business.
But now you want a sharper strategy behind the moves you make –
So every day you can sit down at your desk knowing exactly what to do to reach your membership growth goals. No (s)winging it necessary.
When you work with me inside the Gameplan, you will:
✅ Stop acting like a community manager, see beyond the day-to-day & confidently lead your membership into its next stage of growth
✅ Create multiple entry points into your membership throughout the year so you can launch less (and launch better when you do)
✅ Swap shooting from the hip (and winging your sales goals) for a doable plan that shows you exactly where to focus & what to ignore
Your next chapter is asking you to focus on doing less, doing it better, and making sure your attention is on the right things you need to grow.
The Gameplan is the difference between wondering if your membership can be your flagship, and watching it become one.
